During June, PFD volunteers responded to 34 emergencies, including:

-Fire (Outside Fires)

-Rescue (Motor Vehicle Accident)

-Hazardous Conditions (Gas Leaks & Arcing Electrical Equipment)

-Service Call (Animal Rescue)

-Residential & Commercial Alarm Activations (Smoke & Carbon Monoxide)

Members trained on water and hoseline operations, including a Live Burn drill at the Westchester County Fire Training Center.

Members also hosted the return of our annual Fire Fighters Parade.

House Duty Squads assembled each Monday to check all apparatus and equipment to ensure they in good working condition.

We are always looking for new members. No experience is needed, all training is provided for FREE, and the time commitment is flexible and accommodating. Residents age 16+ are welcomed to join!
